  • What things worked well for you?
  • Give an example of something that surprised you as you started teaching online.
  • How have you improved in your online instruction as you've taught courses?

• If you have not had online experience previously, what differences do you anticipate between face-to-face and online classes?
  • What things are you assuming will happen as you start?
  • What have you heard from others that encourages you...or discourages you?
  • What research have you done about online education prior to starting at MDL?
